Born in Austria and is a nutritional educator, holistic therapist, and yoga instructor. For her, food preparation is a conscious act of goodness for the body, soul and planet, humbly defying the rules of the traditional kitchen in the process. Whether it's a simple juice or a grand banquet with complex creations and flavors, each creation is a conscious attempt to merge the gourmet with the depths of mother nature in order to awaken our taste buds.

The Midmost buffet breakfast is an opportunity to enjoy a classic breakfast with seasonal and local ingredients that also invites us to make new combinations with less conventional ingredients that are full of flavor, healthy, and respectful of the environment: in other words, conscientious.
